25 MW Independent Power Supply, Corsica, France

An extended severe cold spell placed an increased demand on the power generation utility. A temporary power plant would reduce the burden on the utility and maintain the electrical network capacity. Energyst extensive pan european network could combine material from its european depots and supply locations to respond to this emergency utility relief requirement.

Guaranteed Power On Site, On Time
Having received the green light on Friday night, the equipment was prepared and consolidated for the first air transport on Sunday. It took a total of 6 Antonov aricraft and 16 trucks to bring all the equipment for the power plant down to Corsica. Within days, the entire 25 MW high voltage, self supporting power plants were supplying power at four locations throughout the island.
